Suspension of school
Due to the spread of Swine Influenza, the Government has announced that all primary schools and kindergartens will be suspended, starting from 26th June 2009.
Please take note of the following arrangements :
-
School will be SUSPENDED from 26th June, 2009. P.1-P.5 students come to school on 26th August, 2009(Wed) at 9:00 a.m. to submit books fee, and receive books for the coming term. School dismisses at 11:00 a.m. School bus service will be provided.

The coming academic year (2009-2010) will commence on 1st September 2009(Tuesday). School hours will be from 8:15 a.m. to 3:40 p.m. School bus service will be provided.

Summer Holiday Assignments will be sent to students by post except P.5 students.

3rd July, 2009 (Friday) is the P.6 Graduation Ceremony. Parents and guardians are welcome to join the ceremony. All P.6 students are required wear proper uniform to be at school at 9:00 a.m. The ceremony will finish around 1:00 p.m. Normal school bus service will be provided.

Form one allocation will be announced on 7th July, 2009 (Tues), all P.6 students should come to school to collect the Allocation Slip. The formal announcement will be released at 9:00 a.m. School dismisses at 10:00 a.m. School bus service will NOT be provided.

Secondary school registration begins on 9th July, 2009 (Thurs) and 10th July, 2009 (Fri). Parents should bring relevant documents accompany your child to the secondary school to undergo the registration procedure. If both you and your child can not do the registration on the above stated, you should complete a“F.1 registration authorization form” in advance. For more details, please contact the class teacher.

P.5 2nd Term Summative Assessments will be HELD to 29/6 (Monday) and 30/6 (Tuesday).

P.5 STUDENTS should arrive at school before 8:10 a.m. and will be dismissed at 3:00 p.m. during the assessment period. P.5 students should bring their own lunch. Normal school bus service will be provided.

P.1 - P.3 Bridging programme will change from 03/08 to 19/08 (9:00am – 12:noon).
