Provide an enjoyable learning environment for students.

Emphasize communication and co-operation between parents and teachers.

Provide guidance services to assist Non-Chinese Speaking students, new arrival children and those students in need.

Provide a Native-speaking English Teacher to conduct lessons to improve the students' spoken English.

Provide Extra Support staff for NCS students and Parents (3 teaching assistants, 1 Nepalese and 2 Pakistani) to facilitate communication issues. These staff will also work with low achieving NCS students to assist English and Chinese language skill development.
