Characteristics of teaching and learning
  1. Our school continuously encourages and supports teachers in further studies to obtain the relevant professional knowledge for effective teaching.
  2. We focus on our students and cater for students' individual differences in order to develop their full potential / talents.
  3. Our school based curriculum is designed to focus on real-life situation, students' abilities and the nature of the subjects.

School Goals and Support Services for Students
  1. Develop students' discipline, respect for teachers and self-learning skills.
  2. Emphasize building up of relationship between teachers and students so as to cultivate a harmonious school culture.
  3. Provide an enjoyable learning environment for students.
  4. Emphasize communication and co-operation between parents and teachers.
  5. Provide guidance services to assist Non-Chinese Speaking students, new arrival children and those students in need.
  6. Provide a Native-speaking English Teacher to conduct lessons to improve the students' spoken English.
  7. Provide Extra Support staff for NCS students and Parents (3 teaching assistants, 1 Nepalese and 2 Pakistani) to facilitate communication issues. These staff will also work with low achieving NCS students to assist English and Chinese language skill development.

Our Student Body
  1. All students have a sense of belonging to the school.
  2. Under the teachers' guidance, most of the NCS and new arrival children adapt to school life within a short period.
  3. Our students have achieved outstanding results in arts and crafts, music, sports and computer. Especially in the arts and crafts and computer, our students have won many awards in open competitions.

Further Development
  1. We cope with the education performs, we value civil education, as well as developing the interest in reading & self-learning.
  2. Campus extension: expected completion – summer, 2004.
  3. Develop education in information technology.
  4. Design quality teaching schemes. Enhance a bilingual (Eng-Chinese) learning environment.
